Why? They have Oliver Kylington, with Anderssen and Hanifin as a pp option and Valimaki waiting to graduate.
Kylington is the best offensive d Calgary has and he gets next to no PP time because....Sutter. He likes the danger the Tanev/Kylington pairing creates at ES so he holds it in reserve for immediately after a PP.

Money-wise, the Kraken and Predators have tons of cap space. But assuming Klingberg wants to win so I can definitely see him in Calgary, Nashville, or even NYI.

I agree with Calgary as the best fit.
Andersson, Hanifin and Valimaki are simply not on the same offensive level and Kylington is still unproven.

I think this is the reality. Any team looking for a PP1 D Man or any team looking for quality depth on the back end for a deep playoff run are all in the mix. So, who knows.
