This GM is in a full rebuild mode and really needs some young pieces. I am currently in 2nd place and within striking distance. This is a head to head ( play 3 other GM's each week on a schedule) full dynasty points only league. I already have 2 other Devils in Jack Hughes & Holtz so can afford to move Hischier.
Is this offer fair for both parties or is it underweight/overweight?

If you can buy low on Pasta, then do it. If I were the other GM, I would probably laugh. There are some ok pieces in your offer, but Pasta is a stud, and none of the players going back are tier 1 players/prospects.

If you can pry Pasta loose for Hischier, Turcotte & Filip Gistavsson, well, do it! Pasta is elite, still young and is the best player in this deal by far.

14 team, start 1 goalie really limits the value of F.Gustvasson. Turcotte is buried behind so many prospects in LAK. This doesn't seem like a great move for the rebuilding team as none of these pieces coming back will be as good as pasta.
