    Default Help Deciding Who to Drop

    For the team in my signature, if I had to drop up to two guys on my roster, out of the following are there one or two you'd drop before the others (they are listed from highest to lowest average fantasy points per game in my league on the season so far)?

    - Iafallo (LW,RW)
    - Getzlaf (C)
    - Puljujarvi (RW)
    - Thomas (C,RW)
    - Hischier (C)

    I'm leaning towards Getzlaf, then Hischier. That would leave my centers as Zibby, Bennett, Horvat, and Thomas (still pretty weak), with the flexibility to have winger options as Ovi, Stone & Kucherov are older or injury prone.

    Ignore my D or G. I can't drop any of them.

    RW - Rust, Necas, Zuccarello
    D - Makar, Fox, Bouchard, Roy, Krug
    G - Oettinger, Thompson, Wedgewood
    Prospect Keeper - L Hughes(D)
    IR - Hill(G)

    Are you contending? Even if it is keep 9, Getzlaf's career is nearly done so he'd be my choice. His hot start was nice, but looking at recent years and knowing that guys that age are probably more likely to get hurt would make me want to cut Getzlaf and hope that the others below him, all of whom are ostensibly young and in front of their peak, will improve.

    Yes, I’m in contention, likely moving into 1st after tonight, but worst case, staying in 2nd.

    drop Thomas. He is notoric passer, not shooter. Your format favours G,PPG and Shots.
