FA goalie pickup and start for 6th january 2022 - poll

When the week is not going his way, good GM is using timely FA goalie pickup to try alter the score. (f he has picks left )
One extra goalie start with favourable matchup could bring the win, better SV% or even a shutout. For making the things easer, let's focus on good start probability in general.

I listed the possible and confirmed goalies for today. Included also uncofirmed starters, because there will be no time to process this poll and pick a FA goalie later Also included Quick, because he is available in my league

Skipped obvious starters and owned goalies like: Markstrom, Vasil, Jarry, Hart, Bob, Hellebuyck, Kuemper, Fleury, Shesterkin, Nedeljlkovic, Saros, Gibson. Also skipped obvious unlikely and unprofitable matchups like: Vladar @ Tampa, Elliot vs Calgary.
I will edit and remove the non starting goalies as the day goes on.

Not yet. the names pop up one after one as day go.
But this thread/poll is not about who WILL start, but who TO start. ;-)

And I cannot wait for goalie confirmations.
I need to know my choice in advance, to overtake starting goalie immediately when confirmed, before other GM will.

thanks. that was my secret choice, but I wanted to confirm it with bigger audience.
The match was postponed to Sunday. Anyway, my Lehner just healed and won, so I didnt have to do goalie pickup.

But I'm sadly surprised that my poll got only 3 votes from 181 views.
I don't know where is a problem. Wrong thread title? Users are allergic to polls?

A lot of people will look but not vote on polls, I've found. Deepends on the poll, and this was a deeper dive than many.

Too many options. Guys aren’t going to spend the time pouring over 18 poll options as they click through at work. Particularly when you post the poll before we even know who is starting half the games or more. And this goalie forum is not visited nearly as much as others. Next time narrow it down to 3 or 4 solid options and then ask.
