Yeah. He's skating with the team so that's encouraging. The videos look good, he's skating normally and shooting, so shouldn't be too far away.

In a no-playoff league Malkin is a great add because when he does play he will put up the points. I would definitely want to add him, with no IR the game of chicken of "how long can I wait before losing him" is the challenge. I would want to keep Malkin to say 10 missed games while on your roster so would try and give it another week.

I actually drafted him playing for the long game. Just can't bet against a guy of his caliber...until he proves he can't do it anymore. Heads and shoulders in terms of potential compared to what's going to be left on your wire.
