Byram for Pettersson
League 1 in signature. I was offered Byram for my Petterson. I don’t like it straight up, but I’m wondering if I asked for Byram + 1st for Pettersson, is that worth considering?
Dmen in this league get extra points and so top offensive dman are very valuable. Outside of Hamilton (and sorta Werenski) I’ve struggled to get solid fantasy Dmen. Byram has the potential to grow into that.
Bryam though now has a concussion history which is concerning.
I have decent forward depth and have lots of keepers to work with (Barkov, Panarin, Scheifele, Hughes, Kane) even if I move on from Pettersson.

I own Byram in one of my leagues and starting to entertain the idea of moving him for the same reason you mentioned - his concussion history isn't inspiring confidence. The other owner is probably getting cold feet too and trying to buy low on Petterson. Don't bite, even with a 1st thrown in the mix.
The Canucks will soon have a new coach. It should spark a new life in the core group of players. Better days are coming for Petterson owners!

I would make sure Byram is healthy before I acquire him. He's having quite the run of concussion issues.
