Ok with just PIM and +/- wouldn't change all that much. +/- is generally so hard to predict and usually just depends more on what team a player is on. PIM a bit easier to gauge, but not necessarily consistent year to year, so I would put least amount of significance in those two cats personally. In which case, MAYBE can bump Comtois, Bellows, Jones up a bit, but I doubt I would change the overall tiers I had them in.
