To me they are close but I lean Theodore
Straight points keeper league.
Who is the better option this season and longer term.
Werenski is 24 yrs old
Theodore is 26 yrs old
I am also thinking the Eichel effect could be a factor
I have Theodore and have been offered Werenski.
To me they are close but I lean Theodore
Personally I prefer Theodore
Theodore. Eichel will positively affect Vegas pp which has been atrocious which can only help Theodore.

Theodore for me as well. Vegas is currently struggling a bit but that will change soon enough and yes, the Eichel factor cannot be discounted either. I certainly prefer Vegas's outlook short and long term more than I like the CBJ situation short and long term.

Another vote for Theodore
Close but Theo is the better option. Werenski I feel is due to cool off a bit and Theo will pick it up.
Pretty damn close. Over the past four years, Theodore has averaged 0.61ppg and Werenski has averaged 0.59 ppg. Considering Werenski was sharing time with Jones and playing for a defensive minded coach like Torts, that's impressive. What's also impressive is a 20 goal season in there for Werenski.
Give me Werenski but I can see this going the other way.

I like both, but I'd still go with Theodore for now. Although ZW's big contract plus Jones leaving cracks the door open ever so slightly for him to surpass Theodore. Columbus has a lot more offensive firepower than I think they're given credit for - even if it's mostly on the wings - so there's a better than predicted PP1 cooking there too.
