NYI had a rough start, but they also started all their games on the road and wasn't until recently they got their first home game. I think they go on a streak after settling in.
What about dropping Toews instead?

I forgot to update my lineup. I dropped Toews for Hintz just in time for his streak. It doesn’t seem anyone in my league is keen to pick up Zegras just yet given our shallow H2H league. I can wait it out.
