Default PLD & Koskinen for Faulk & Binnington

Picked up Pierre-Luc Dubois off waivers, want to trade him as he's hot and I now have an overload of centers. I have an offer for PLD and Koskinen for Justin Faulk and Binnington. Binnington would be an upgrade over Koskinen (Bin - Starter, Kos - Timeshare) and I'd have Vasi, Kuemper, and Binnington in net. Faulk would be a minor upgrade over some of my current Dmen.

    Who says no?

Multi-cat leagues is where Faulk shines the brightest.

Koskinen's value is about to take a hit - when Smith returns.
Getting a bona-fide-starter in return for PLD. is a good deal.

I do worry more in general that your team is overall too light on the peripheral cats - FOW, BLK, HIT.
PLD helps with 2/3 of those.

Something to be aware of moving forward more than affecting this deal.
    Faulk offsets the PLD hits.

i'd be looking for another winger (Benn) that takes a lot of face offs to help compensate.

I'm in a points league so not too worried about the cat losses there. I agree overall that getting Binnington for PLD alone is a win, just curious if anyone see's a major red flag in Faulk for a points league, I know he won't be a top player but my logic says he should be perfectly fine as a 4th defenseman/replacement player. Thanks for the opinion though!

Points only this is a great deal to me. As lucafen said, Koskinen is about to take a huge hit and you'll replace him with one of 10 guys who are guaranteed 55+ starts. All you have to pay is a maybe 50 point forward for a 30 point defensemen? Count me in.

Faulk always holds the potential of 40-points. PLD with 70pt potential.

They key is Binnington on a strong St. Louis team.
