Wow what a sub-par return. DeJeanneret must be livid.

What I don’t get it this was supposed to be a dollar in / dollar out trade, but Tuch + Krebs does not add up to $10m. ??

Vegas may have to move out salary in the future but they will already have "gained" some cap room with Tuch on LTIR to this point, Stone and Patches on IR (can retroactively be placed on LTIR if I'm not mistaken,) and Eichel will still be on LTIR for 2-3 months. So they may be able to squeeze everyone in depending on injuries throughout the remainder of the season.

edit: I forgot Karlsson can be placed on LTIR as well

Thats the first thing I thought off after reading the tweet. I am interested in seeing the full package.

There was also rumours that a dman was involved going to Buffalo, wonder if once the trade call happens, a dman is included in the move to balance the deal out.

But, maybe Vegas has said "ok Stone is out longer than we thought. We can move a Dman out before he returns" and they'll do that LTIR shuffling like you said.

Expectation is Eichel will receive the disc replacement surgery very soon and everyone is hopeful he will be back on the ice in 4months (February)
