I'd bet that you could look through last year and find more than one seven game stretch in which Panarin only scored 4 points or fewer. I wouldn't take any action based on this sample.

4pts in seven games is slow for Panarin but it’s far from a panic slump. Hasn’t even gone two games in a row without a point yet so while the points are low they’re still coming consistently.
It took his teammate Zibanejad sixteen games to get to four points last season and he was white hit the rest of the way. Panarin is better than him.
