Marner. I don't see "Games played in Manitoba" or anything that makes Kyle Connor that much more valuable. Yes, he shoots a bit more, but Marner brings more grit. That was a weird sentence to type.
Who do you want for the league settings below. I have Connor and was offered Marner.

Want a Signature? Go to Settings, and you'll find Edit Signature down the list on the left.
The key thing with Connor is the goals. You will get more goals, PPG, PPP, GWG, SOG from him. Pim's, hits are up in the air with these 2 feathers so I would go with Patrick Kane "lite".
Call me old one more time.

Ok let me be the odd one here.
Connor the last 132 games:
70G, 62A, 132PTs, +3, 46PIM, 33PPP, 427SOG, 39hits, 38BLKs
Marner the last 121 games:
36G, 99A, 135pts, +23, 40PIM, 38PPP, 327SOG, 49hits, 81BLKs
Marner's blocks came on the PK. He's playing less on the PK this yr, so his blocks (if it continues) will drop.
I would go with Marner as his ceiling I think is higher, but Connor isn't far off in a league set up like the OP has. I also think....this trade shouldn't make or break your team lol. You're so stacked that I would say just go with who you like personally more and have fun owning a player you like.

I seem to just be hopping around the Forum this morning shitting on Marner but with G, PPG, GWG and SOG I'd rather have Connor. In leagues with multiple stats like this I just rank assist heavy guys way lower.
Also I don't think we can debate about who has more "grit" when it's between two snowflakes. That's a "moo" point.

Your forwards are stacked! The only thing I can suggest is to analyze where your at across all your scoring stats and pick the guy who could best help where you might need to improve. For example, if you need to improve your SOG, then Connor is clearly your guy. As a last point, I would personally be looking to turn some of those forwards into upgrades on the back end and in net. Whether you do this deal or not, it's unlikely to make a big time difference one way or the other, these guys are that close.
