The Meh Goalies Question
For team below, with Smith going on DTD I was planning on picking up Koskinen to tide me over. If I couldn’t get Koskinen because of waiver claims, then i was going to go with Greiss (lower start volume but likely better stats).
However Murray (who has been stashed since season started and was a late draft pickup) is coming back tomorrow.
so wondering do I just activate Murray and see what happens, or drop Murray and get one of Koski or Greiss instead.

Presumably to add Kosk or Greiss you would have to drop someone on your active roster plus Murray, since you couldn't hold a healthy player on IR and make this move? Don't trust any of the goalies but I'd probably just stick with Murray and see if he can hold the fort.

How is your matchup this week going? Honestly the decision could come down to how the ratios look versus the volume stats.

I’d stick with Murray for now and see how he looks. The team in front of him has played well to start the season.

Drop Bernier and pick up Kostkinen. Nail down the Oiler tandem as Edmonton looks to be in line for a good season. Run with Hellebuyck, Oilers Tandem, and Murray. See how Murray does before making a rushed decision on him.
