Is this maybe because so many leagues were moving to Slack and Discord for discussion? Seems a lot like those concepts moved to within Fantrax.

I don't think that there is a list of who is active right now. It's nice that all leagues pop up on one list, but not so nice that there are no timestamps or list of actives.
A commish asked me if there is a Fantrax App, and I don't know. Didn't see one in the Google Play store, figured I'd ask here.

i was able to figure out when your in the general chat the managers that are active have a green circle around there icon

There actually isn’t a mobile app. Their website is what they call a progressive web app (https://www.fantrax.com/app). Basically their website acts like an app on your phone without actually having to download an app.
