    Default Who to drop?

    Hey all,

I have been doing some shuffling of the bottom of my roster, trying to add some players with reasonable chances to breakout. I have 1-2 players to bring off the IR and need to narrow down my choices. I should also add that D is my weakest position and still needs to be addressed.

Who would be your picks to drop out of (would need 2 to bring Matthews and Risto off IR, 1 if I leave Risto there for now):

Kyrou - pre-season was high on him, but also thought he would get the spot next to ROR/Perron and 1PP (seems to have neither)
Cirelli - likely want to see him through a few weeks at least, should see an uptick in playing time
Tippett - like the idea of pairing with Hub, if he sticks there should have value
Kapanen - only guy on the list with 1PP
Hanifin - thought he might steal the 1PP job, but still has potential this season
Sandin - Reilly has the 1PP job, also has significant competition for playing time (Liljegren, Dermott)

Roster in sig except currently have Matthews/Risto on IR and Cirelli in C spot.

    Thanks!

Sandin. I just don't see how he fits in and too be honest, the Leafs need Defenders who can keep the puck out of their own net more than they need a back up PP2 guy. Then it's a bit tougher, I think it's between Kyrou and Cirrelli. However, I'm taking Cirelli here, while I like Kyrou's potential the fact is Cirelli he has been the better player for the last few years across your scoring cats.

Hanifin and then one of Kyrou or Tippett. I like both forwards and after seeing the Lightning play yesterday it seems as if Cirelli has some top 6 value and he did get some time on PP1. Still very early but I'm leaning Hanifin and Kyrou. Good luck.
Call me old one more time.
