Could be impacted by starting requirements, but think I'd take Risto here.
Not sure I see a lot of sandpaper on your team as it stands, and Risto can help that (specifically hits) and also chip in some block, PIMs and points. In an 8 team league, I'd imagine someone like Dach is fairly replaceable.

Risto will no longer be the go to guy in any way on Philly...too many dicks on the dance floor. His main value in Buffalo was that he was it for his brand of rather truculent but net negative play. The OP has Zadorov, Svech, Batherson, Gallagher, and Tolvanen to provide some hits but also some scoring. Dach is the much better play here. Risto is going to be pretty much fantasy irrelevant in Philly.

Imo its close between the two.
Risto is the safe bet imo, though it doesn't look like he is getting PP time which hurts his value from past season significantly, but he still should be great for your non-scoring stats.
As for Dach I think he's far riskier but has a better ceiling this year. It looks like CHI is looking to take a more developmental approach with him now that Toews is back and they got Johnson from TBL, so he's on the 3rd line and what appears to be a very lackluster PP2 to start the season. But he has a lot more room to move up the line-up than Risto.
I think I end up leaning Risto in the end though not by much.
