Swayman for me

Offensive stats : Goals, Assist , PPP, PPTOI, SOG...
Defensive stats : PKTOI, BLKS, TakeAway, Giveaway...
(basically best NHL player)

Oettinger. No Krejci, Marchand and Bergeron getting older. 36 and 33 as of now and 37 and 34 in the new year. And yes I get that neither one has shown signs of falling off a cliff (yet) in terms of production, but as players get older the idea of a big downward trend is inevitable. But a credit to elite guys, it does take longer. The fact Ullmark is also in the way. I am not sold on a couple preseason games. Linus was outstanding in Buffalo. He'll get it going.
But it's oh so close... I do like Swayman.

Oettinger is a RFA after this year, and he's setup to not get a lot of starts or be the incumbent starter next year, which should keep that second contract down. Plus, Bishop is lurking, but both Khudobin & Bishop contracts expire at the same time.
Swayman has this year and next until being a RFA, and that's more time to take over the job, but he also has a guy being paid like a starter in front of him in Ullmark, and a starter trying to recover and play in Rask.
I have both in one league, and while I'd prefer to own Oettinger due to the acquisition cost of the other parts of the combo (notably Ullmark versus Khudobin), I can't really fault someone taking Swayman. I feel there's less risk in Oettinger being a strict backup with 3 old goalies, two of whom may be done, on the team.
