I voted Varly, he’ll get 45 starts and have a great shot at multiple shutouts. Only concern is injury.

I am expecting one of these Gs to fall to me. We only count wins and shutouts, each at 2 points, so as they are all on decent teams, the question is who gets the most starts. This year only. None of them will be keepers.

I like Varly the most too, but it worries me that he is starting the season injured and that he is in a time share with a great young goalie.
I might just take a chance on Bob. We know due to his salary that he is going to be given a pretty decent leash on a fantastic team.
So yeah, Bob.

Bang for your buck: Bob. He’s the starter in Florida and think he can rebound this year. He’s got to realize he’s on a great team and that his success is tied in with the team’s success. Second choice is a healthy Varly.
Call me old one more time.

I voted Bobrovsky.
For me this is Bob vs Varlamov. Varlamov is going to perform better but he's more likely to be injured (already currently injured) and he'll share the crease with Sorokin. Only way I see Bob losing many starts is if he sucks which I'm hoping won't happen this season but if it does happen, I suspect he'll get a 2nd, 3rd, and 10th chance because of his contract.
14 team, H2H, daily start, min. 3 goalie appearances, 3 Keepers (round drafted+3) with 1 Goalie max.

I think Varlamov is slightly more likely to get shutouts with the style they play, and he shouldn't miss much time, if I remember correctly.
Bobrovsky second, and Talbot third.

Talbot by a decent margin. He's the only one that does not have a back up that could be a better goalie. Bobrovsky has Knight, Varlamov has Sorokin and the other two have each other. Kahkonen is not a threat to Talbot as he is not very good.

Lol, I am more confused now than when I first posted this. Thank you all for your input!!!

I just broke the tie. One more for Talbot!
Did some quick math based on the Dobber Guide spreadsheet and have them ranked as the following in points:
66 - Bobrovsky
64 - Talbot
62 - Campbell
52 - Varlamov
40 - Mrazaek
If you had ratios Varlamov would be the easy number one but because he's almost guaranteed to start 50% of the games max he just can't touch the W totals that the top three will put up. And a couple more shutouts won't change that.
For me I'd take Talbot because as Chuck said he has the most secure job out of the top three.
