The back half of this deal could age horrendously but the AAV is actually very good for what Zib will be producing for the next four or so years.
Very few players in the league can put a team on their back and brute force a win with a five or six point performance like Zib can. 40 goal upside to boot.

I saw the cap hit speculated at $8.5m last night, if so - that's a good deal.
I thought he was worth $9m-$9.5m. (but within $1m of Barkov, IMO)
