Lundkvist and Formenton stand out to me. Both looked very impressive.

Looks like Perunovich is pretty good
31 TEAMS keep all multi-cat (lot of them) dynasty
Offensive stats : Goals, Assist , PPP, PPTOI, SOG...
Defensive stats : PKTOI, BLKS, TakeAway, Giveaway...

Jake Neighbours if he can play on to the Blues for nine games. Leads the preseason (tied with +5) and has 3 points. Evgeny Svechnikov is looking like the best Jet in preseason, but alas, it's just that, preseason.

Let me add that M.Bourque is playing really well for Dallas and it's not like they are loaded at center

Who are your biggest surprises so far in training camps?

    Here are some of mine:

    Mercer
    Lapierre
    Studnicka
    Eklund

    That's a good list.
Swayman, reportedly, has more confidence from Boston media (some, prob carryover from last year) than the newly signed Ullmark
Leddy-Seider look VERY confident out there for DET.
Bunting (I believe) has clicked well with Tavares.
Shane Pinto is looking good enough to be immediately slotted in as OTT C2... and threaten for C1 time.
Heard Newhook should make COL and possibly play PP1 due to his shot-hand.
Bennett in FLA seems to be continuing his chemistry there playing with Hubs & Tippett.
Morgan Frost is doing well patching into the PHI C2 slot flanked by Farabee and JVR.
Heinen is surprisingly spot-filling Guentzels LW1 nicely.
Zegras looks like he's ready to be Zegras.
Yeah, Mercer and Holtz in NJ are both doing great - could be a big upswing in wins for NJ w/Hamilton & Graves added.
Tyler Johnson is click-click-clicking with the Cat and P.Kane and playing PP1 for CHI.
Dallas looks deep... but is Jamie Benn now being a C3 center?
EDM Puljujarvi looks ready to pop alongside McD.
Seattle looks solid. Way better than I thought they'd be post-draft.

Raymond has been amazing so far. He's obviously highly-touted, but it is a whole other thing to seize the moment that's been given to him with the Vrana injury. If he keeps this up, he and Zegras will be neck-and-neck all year fighting for the Calder, imo.

You gotta love what Yzerman is doing...if you think about the pieces he's brought in...Raymond, Seider, and Edvinsson via the draft. Leddy, Vrana, Fabbri, Nedeljkovic via trade. He's turning this franchise around following the same model that led to success in Tampa, and this pre-season is a glimpse of what to expect in the very near future from this team.

Not the right thread for this but lots of 1st rounders have come and gone from Detroit in recent years. Something had to be done!

    Gone:

    Mantha
    E Svech
    Cholo

    Borderline:
    Rasmussen, Zadina, Veleno

    That is 6 since 2013...

Peng had a great post up there, not much I can add.

I had Jarvis and Boldy on here. Both look like they will stick. I had Boldy sticking but Jarvis I might qualify as a surprise to a degree. Not that the skill is a surprise, but the fact that he might stick in that forward group could be a surprise.
