It's difficult to say without knowing the rest of your roster to see if you can be competitive this season.
For what it's worth, this draft class is considered to be weaker than average.
It would also help to know what kind of players are available to you with those picks.

If you have a shot at winning this year - ALWAYS take it.

On top of that, due to the missed year for so many guys last season, the 2021 draft class has a better than average chance at yielding 'surprises' outside of the top picks.

Go win your championship then circle back after everyone's D+1 year of development and mine an Aho/Bergeron/etc. who went after the 1st round.

But they are like 2+ years away from NHL production.
