We dropped 3 inactive owners and cut down from 14 to 12 teams this year; also switching from total points to H2H.
Keep 25 plus 15 minors. A 5 round SLOW draft is scheduled to start Oct 6. Before that we will hold an offline dispersal draft of the players left from the orphaned teams. This draft will be heavily weighted in favor of the weaker teams to improve their keepers and provide competitive balance.
We will vote on which type of H2H scoring to use when the league is full.
