    Default Multicat - Pick One

    12 Teams - G, A, SOG, STP, HIT, BLK, Takeaways, W, SV%, GAA | Start 3C, 3LW, 3RW, 5D, 2G, 4 Bench

Coming up to our last pick in the draft and I either have to take a D-man or a RW who will be signed to my team for 3 years. Also as long as the player started the season under 164gp I can move them freely up down from the minors for the rest of the season.

I've narrowed it down to the following options:

Weegar - Has a clear gap between him and the next best D (Muzzin) and is only 27. May finally see respectable PP minutes now Yandle is gone
Hague - Put up decent multicat numbers last year and will be minor eligible this season. But is stuck behind a strong top 4 in Vegas.
Valimaki - Been a blue-chip prospect for years but held back by injuries. With Gio gone he may have a chance at PP time. And he'll be minor eligible for two years.
Heinola - Youngest D-man on this list. And with only 13 career gp, there is a chance with injuries I get the full 3 years with him being minors eligible
Kyrou - Dual position & minors eligible (C/RW) and the highest point upside from this list. However, it worries me about how much he cooled off from his hot start last year and he does not hit or block at all (great for takeaways though)
Mangiapane - Again dual position eligible (LW/RW) and is about to hit the 200gp breakout mark this season. Great multicat coverage across the board.
Glass - Valimaki but in C/RW form. Could have a good opportunity in PHI, but struggles for hits/blocks.

The team as it stands now (bolded are minor eligible):

C: Point, Couturier, Hintz (LW), Trocheck
LW: Draisaitl (C), Connor, Hyman, Verhaeghe (C)
RW: Nylander, Perron (LW), Necas (C), Hoglander (LW)
D: Hedman, Ekblad, Ristolainen, Faulk, DeAngelo
    G: Binnington, Ullmark, Nedeljkovic, Oettinger

You have only 5D right now, one of whom is likely to be but may not be ready to go right away, and another who is on his likely last chance at a NHL career, after being essentially suspended by a team that could've used for most of last year.

Hague or Weegar. I'm not confident Heinola helps enough this year.

This for me as well. I think Mangipane is going to build on the very solid season he put up last year both for the Flames and Team Canada at the Worlds.
