I am curious as the reasoning that they decided to go with Buffalo.

I really liked that the Heritage Classic had always been between Canadian teams.
Why wouldn't they have chosen Ottawa to play against Toronto.

I expect Ottawa to be much more exciting this year then Buffalo will be.
With all there young players getting better.
