Just disregard the games played thing.

BPA is "base strategy"... if you haven't mastered that... you are nowhere near considering GamesPlayed concept.
(*The GP concept would be a super advanced strategy when you only have 4 drops in a season... but seriously, disregard it if you aren't completely confident with your BPA list. Work on that exclusively until your draft)

    There's now 11 teams, so I'll adjust to 88, 44, 22.
    One Year. 11 teams. Points only. G=1. A=1. GWG=1. W=2. SO=3
    8 F, 4D, 2G. 5 drops all year. ***NO BENCH, NO IR, SWAP D for D, F for F, G for G ONLY***
F: P Kane, Wheeler, Kucherov, Malkin, Batherson, Crosby, Eichel, Point
D: Carlson, Q Hughes, Barrie, Karlsson
    G: Demko, Ullmark

Or is it just easier to rag on somebody else than to add something helpful?
P7 you need to start reading my posts in a better light and get off my back. I didn't criticizing your post at all.
I didn't say anything about it being bad or not viable.
As you said it's an advanced tactic that became apparent to me that OP wasn't quite ready for / grasping and when he posted after your advice I found it necessary to point out some further points for him to consider on it, including not sacrificing BPA for it. Not knowing when his draft was and not knowing the next time you would be on to post again (wasn't until noon the next day) why wouldn't I help make sure he doesn't have any wrong notions? We are the only two to even answer this post.

You gave him advice to learn and get better on, that he can take with him for future drafts to come. That's some of the best advice to give imo (projection advice changes quickly, but strategy type advice lasts a lifetime!).
Everything alright in your life? because you seem more stressed out than usual.

    UPDATE TO OP:
Using the replacement differential with Cullen's projections and my league settings, this is my top 11 for the draft today...
(Not a keeper league, no weekly H2H, no playoffs. Most points wins, scoring in sig)
    No IR, No Bench

    Connor McDavid
    Leon Draisaitl
    Nikita Kucherov
    Nathan MacKinnon
    Patrick Kane
    Artemi Panarin
    Auston Matthews
    John Carlson
    Cale Makar
    Andrei Vasilevskiy
    Mitchell Marner

I'm going to stay away from goalies early. Does anybody have any thoughts? Also, anybody have Carlson that high?
