I like this deal for Ottawa. He impressed me every time I saw him last season. If he can hold a top 6 role in Ottawa, he'll be well worth this contract and in line for another big one when it ends.

This could be good value as early as this year (Year 1) in cap leagues, but could be one of the best contracts in the league in a couple years if he hits his potential.
