Default Rank my Dmen in Order of Value

How would you rank my dmen in terms of relative value? It's a 24 team league with 23 roster spots and up to 27 minor spots (less than 100 NHL games played). The scoring system is as follows:

    G - 4
    A - 2
    +/- - 1
    Short Handed Point - 2
    PPP - 1
    Block - 0.5
    Hit - 0.5
    SOG - 0.5
    FOW - 0.1
(plus goalie stats which don't matter for this)

NAME - SALARY - FPts Last Year - FPts/game Last year
    Seth Jones - $5,400,000 - 369 - 4.73
    Brent Burns - $8,000,000 - 349.5 - 4.26
    Mark Giordano - $6,750,000 - 331.5 - 4.2
    Charlie McAvoy - $4,900,000 - 314.5 - 4.25
    Esa Lindell - $5,800,000 - 312.5 - 3.91
    Erik Cernak - $2,950,000 - 263.5 - 3.71
    Jamie Oleksiak - $4,600,000 - 248 - 3.31
    Justin Braun - $1,800,000 - 196 - 2.45
    Mikey Anderson - $1,775,000 - 182.5 - 2.37
    Kris Russell - $1,250,000 - 166 - 2.63

    4. Burns
    5. Cernak
    6. Mikey Anderson
    7. Oleksiak
    8. Lindell

    - Braun/Russell

Jones is by far your best D man
McAvoy i dont like too much but he's decent in multi-cat leagues and has room to grow as a player
Gio should be interesting in seattle with a lower cap hit then Burns
Burns still puts up a ton of peripherals so hes still got value even tho the points aren't there anymore
Cernak is still young with a ton of peripherals and great cap hit
Anderson is young with upside so that could add more value there
Between Lindell and Oleksiak it's pretty close i think Lindell might lose some pts potential with Suter probably taking his power play spot and Ole could be interesting in a top 2/4 role in seattle
the other 2 are non factors

    1. Jones
    2. McAvoy
    3. Cernak
    4. Burns
    5. Giordano
    6. Anderson

The top 2 are pretty clear. Cernak is young, has a very reasonable cost, and is improving. Burns over Giordano, as he's got more years left, and should be better. Anderson is cheap, and young.

    Braun/Russell - cheap older guys
Oleksiak - should get a little playing time bump in Seattle, with more stats.
Lindell - I think he overachieved last year, but he's like a Giordano light - less results, less cap hit. However, the Suter signing should hurt him.

I admittedly have a hard time ranking Burns and Giordano. I think they both have higher value in the short-term than someone like Cernak and Oleksiak, but at some point soon they are going to stop producing points and then Cernak and Oleksiak will pass them. As a result, in a keeper league I probably rank the younger players slightly ahead of them. Tough call, though.

I'm liking this and agreed, it's a tough call for sure.

Thank you all for your help. The moral of this story is that I have too many high priced dmen and need to move one or more of them!!! I have thrown them all on the trade block to see what comes out of it.
