Help with keepers

This past year between injuries and Covid protocol I ended up with more players than roster size due to IR spots. I have to firm up my roster before this season starts by dropping some players.

I am choosing based on H2H standard cat roto FANTASY POTENTIAL. I'm just curious for some insight. I have a strong team but you're always looking for some breakouts.

I can only keep 4 of these. Time to reach potential doesn't matter to me, I'm just looking to hear some other opinions. I'll rank these based on what I think.

Perfetti Rossi Tolvanen Bennett.

I know it was a small sample but Bennett really busted out once he got to FLA and will be put in a position to succeed. I'd take a chance on him.

You need to include your scoring cats. Perfetti, Rossi and Tolvanen are the first three. If you are in a multi cat then Bennett should also be kept. If it's a points only, then I like Frost.
