I thought it was wishful thinking on his part that he'd get four years, but I guess at that AAV it's not unreasonable. Makes sense too, as Suter will eat tough minutes, leaving Miro to shine once Klingberg leaves as a UFA next summer.

You don't they trade Klingberg? If not here in the off-season at least by the deadline. That would be stupid, with what they have, to let him walk for nothing. Maybe if they are heading into the playoffs this year with a full head of steam and Klingberg is part of it...

I think it's incredible how much money Suter has been able to make. Got out of the long-term deal via buyout when the actual salary dropped off and signs a minty new 14 mill deal. Very nice.
