2021 NHL Draft Bold Predictions

Let's hear some bold predictions:

1) Two goalies are drafted in the top 10 of the draft.

2) Detroit Red Wings make three trades during the first round.

3) Edmonton moves up 10 spots (into the top 10) to draft a a goal scorer - Coronato, Sillinger or Lucius

4) Five teams trade 2021 first round picks for 2022 1st round picks.

5) Aleksei Heimosalmi, ranked #56 by Bob McKenzie gets drafted in the first round tonight, #30th overall.

6) Autu Raty - considered as possible #1 overall just a year ago falls outside the top 45 overall picks and gets drafted by by Detroit at pick #48.

Bonus - Six straight Defenseman are taken to end the first round.

Everyone still views Detroit as that team that nabs the falling players but they haven't had any turn out to be anything recently.... At least not yet.
