Real nice return for Buffalo. Liked Risto and will miss him (he brings more to the table than he was allowed to show in Buffalo). But with 1 year left on his contract at $5.4M, Buffalo was going to lose him next season anyhow and I'm a bit surprised Philly was willing to pay that for an expiring contract.

It's tough to know Risto's actual value cause the Buffalo effect could be the reason he's been bad. I think Hagg+15th overall is a lot (especially considering there's a 2nd rounder too) but Risto could be paired with his best D-partner ever in Philly. Could worth out very well for Philly.
However, I don't think Philly right now is a Stanley cup threat, but could very quickly change if Voracek and Hart bounce back.
8/10 for Buffalo

Risto has played tough minutes in Buffalo, although given how bad this team is there was not much opportunity to shelter him. If he can play more protected minutes in Philly, who are a good possession team, perhaps he can be more effective, as long as he can contribute to the offence. On the other hand, $5.4 million to acquire a Dman you need to shelter doesn't seem to be the best use of assets.
EDIT: OMG is Hagg going to get caved in next year.
