Best Value for Picks

I haven't had the time this year to do all the research I usually do and I have a draft in 4 hours. I have the following picks

19 46 62

Who should I be looking at for best value as far as offensive upside in a points only dynasty league that's in my signature.

Couple of notes: I recently traded for Aaron Ekblad. Gone are; Denisenko, Perreault, and Merzlikins

I had the following players on my list already;

Ayrton Martino
Scott Morrow
Logan Stankhoven
Sebastian Cossa
Matt Coronato

I need defense and goaltending the most but I prefer to get value rather than high risk. I'm willing to take some chances on this draft though since I don't have alot of picks and I'm trying to contend, so players with high upside may provide value for trades later even if they're riskier picks.

I have the 15th pick in my rookie draft and plan to select Logan Stankhoven if Cole Sillinger is already taken (which is very likely). For me, he's a no brainer at 19.
