^My personal asterik is because I think McCann is a better pick, with his RFA status, but I think it would've been stupid for Dubas to make that trade and then straight-up lose McCann.
So I think Kerfoot is the pick and that there is some side-deal with SEA/Francis for the Leafs to keep McCann.

Why is this trade stupid if Seattle picks McCann? If Seattle picks McCann, then Toronto keeps Kerfoot (which is way more valuable to Toronto that Hallander and a crappy draft pick). SportsNet reported that the Kraken were looking to draft both McCann and Kerfoot. So with this trade, Pittsburgh gets an exempt prospect for a player they'd lose anyway. And Toronto loses a prospect and guarantees to keep one of McCann or Kerfoot. A class win-win trade for Pittsburgh and Toronto.

I'll be honest... I was wrong.
