Do you prefer Kyle Connor or Kevin Fiala?
I prefer Connor because I think he's safer despite Fiala likely remaining cheaper and slightly ahead in Hits and PIMs, but I'm unsure of the gap. I know some are quite high on Fiala.
Thoughts?

Another Connor vote. But I will say that if cap space needs to be saved to retain another important piece, the drop from Connor to Fiala (assuming a cap hit around 6) is not really that much.
Fiala + important piece > Connor + scrambling for replacement piece.
All part of balancing a salary cap. Good luck!

Thanks for all of the advice!
I haven't given all of the detail about the league or the trade because I know several GMs in the league read this forum. Giving up Connor in the swap could help me acquire an important piece from the deal, however I don't think the other GM is offering enough value for the difference.Originally Posted by tobias
