To me, the top 3 are easy.

The fourth keeper is tougher. And I would say it's down to the following:
Carlson
Lindholm
Necas
Malkin
Carlson and Malkin are both getting older, but are both capable of being a top 10 player next year, if they stay healthy and their teams have a good season. But could also decline, and aren't long term options. Lindholm is probably the safest bet of the group, but in my opinion, has the lowest ceiling. Necas probably has the highest upside longterm, but is not someone I would normally consider keeping in a keep 4. So the last slot is up to you, based on your plan and current situation. If your team was competing, I might be inclined to go the Malkin/Carlson route. But based on the players here, I'm guessing your team isn't expected to contend next year. So I would lean towards one of the younger guys.
