I had Beniers as my pick prior to draft start. Just had to hope Axeman wasn't picking him.
I think Seattle will be strongest at defense so I was looking at other positions to select from.

I may be surprised, but I can’t see the Flames taking a goalie. Ownership is under the deluded impression that they are in win now mode, so they’ll likely take a top 6 forward. I can see them trading that pick as well.

I went off of Pronman for a Goalie being their biggest need. He also has Cossa rated very high

I wont be surprised if they draft a goalie. I dont know if it will be in the 1st round or not, but I expect them to draft a goalie.

That being said, I dont hate the Cossa pick for them either.

Angsted over several players for the Blues, as they could go in any direction - Lambos, Ceulemans, Raty, etc. Lots of holes to fill.

Sorry about being AWOL. A fishing trip developed at the last minute and I am away from my computer. Lucius is a good pick. It would have been him or Sillinger. I wasn’t taking a goalie.

I looked closely at Chibrikov and Rosen as they seem to be JK type players, but opted for Pinelli as BPA and because he’s a centre. The NHL being what it is, I wouldn’t be surprised to see one or both of Chibrikov and Rosen go in the second round as the GMs go with the bigger players and d-men.
