Should be a good story of "MaxPac vs Suzuki" or "Bet on red or black". I think we'll see MTL style really faulter once they play from behind. The style is great once they have the lead, but if Vegas scores first, I don't know how MTL will adjust, especially early in the series since it's been like 3 weeks since they've trailed.

I just have to get this out. Yes vgs will win but it’s not like mtl or whoever woulda came outta the North forgot how to play hockey! I mean just because they don’t play south of the border with all the other “powerhouse” squads like Buffalo or Arizona doesn’t meant they can’t compete against the likes of Vgs Tampa or something. I’m actually quite tired of hearing the pundits of hockey radio waves absolutely dismiss the habs and the fact that Mtl should even be there let alone stand any whiff of a chance.

Dominique Ducharme says the Canadiens are not very confident any of Jeff Petry, Jake Evans or Jon Merrill will be ready for Game 1 against Vegas. There could be a surprise there, but he says they are all progressing well and should return not too long after that.
