Frank Seravalli leaving TSN
Out of the blue, Seravalli announced that he has decided to leave the network.
I wonder if he heads to ESPN and if we see anyone else head south. He is American (and never moved up to Canada) and with ESPN landing the US TV rights they are starting to load up on talent again.

That's the obvious answer, but if that's the case, why come out and say "Not exactly sure what’s next, but I’m excited to see what’s out there in the universe for me." if he knows what's next for him. Just say something to the effect that his next step will be announced in the coming days or something to that effect.

Could be contract related. Maybe it was up at the end of the summer and he decided to leave now once told he wasn't going to get re-upped?
I wouldn't be surprised if TSN was going to demote him, or assign him somewhere dumb and he said eff it I'm out.
