Keep 10 Question: Finally some offseason trading!

My League: H2H, Keep 10, 12-Team League (G,A,PIM,PPP,SHP,GWG,SOG,SH%,FW,HIT,BLK, W,SV,SV%,SHO)

Our Keep-10, H2H Categories league just wrapped up, and we just switched to Fantrax so that we can do some offseason trading. I'd love some thoughts on who my keepers should be based upon those categories, and who should be packaged for a summer trade. I've marked a few no-brainer keepers below (assuming I don't use them to trade up in the summer):

C - Scheifele
C - Suzuki
LW - Fiala
LW - K. Connor
LW/RW - Tuch
C,LW,RW - Vatrano
LW/RW - Kaprizov
LW - Vrana
D - Brodin
D - Chychrun
D - Dahlin
D - Fox - K
D - Gudas
RW - Pastrnak - K
RW - Rantanen - K
C - Eichel - K
RW - Buchnevich
RW - Kucherov - K
D - Chabot

G - Jack Campbell
G - Alex Nedeljkovic
G - Juuse Saros
G - Igor Shesterkin - K

Picks - 7th in non-snaking, plus an additional 11th overall

Some things I'm wrestling with:
- Keep one or two goalies? Saros would be the likely #2 keep, but watch to see if Ned ends up in a good situation before next season, and trade Campbell if he goes on another run in the playoffs
- How many D to keep? I'd love to keep all three of Fox, Dahlin and Chabot (and I like Chychrun too) but can only keep 10
- I'd love to go after Brady Tkachuk in the offseason. What's a good offer for him from this roster?

In addition to the 5 you indicated, I’d keep:

- Connor
- Kaprizov
- Chabot
- Eichel

Then decide between
- Scheifele/Dahlin/chychrun

Something like 6F, 3D, 1G sounds good for a keep 10 situation.

Feels weird keeping so many D, especially with players like Scheifele available, but you have such a strong young group of D hard to let any slide.

Thanks! I should have marked Eichel as a no-brainer keeper as well, especially if he forces a trade somewhere.

Even if he doesn't get traded he has proven to be productive no matter the situation and with some strong developing players in Buffalo should only help him more.

Off the top, I'd hold on to the 3 of Scheifele, Conner and Kaprizov. That brings you to 9.

From your remaining players I assume that could hold some 'keeper' value; Vrana, Chychrun, Chabot, Dahlin, Nedeljkovic, Saros

If I were to keep 1 from that group, it would be Chabot or Saros (maybe Nedeljkovic depending on what happens in CAR). However, I would see what kind of packages I could muster in a 3 for 1 or 4 for 1 situation.

Worst case, you can sell those players for mid round picks to try to get something for them. If possible, maybe try to see if you can buy Hellebuyck. He had a horrible end to the season, but he is still considered elite tier goalie.

You appear to have a solid core of 10, no matter which way you cut it, you should be in contention next season and in the years to come, injuries pending of course, but hopefully you got them all out of the way this year.

In addition to your picks already, I'd add Connor, Kaprizov, Chabot, and Dahlin. Centers should be easier to draft but Scheifele is tempting.
