I will vote with my head - but hope for my heart to be right!
Penguins have played the Islanders well this season. And getting Malkin back to full health should give them an upper hand.
Islanders missing their heart & soul captain in the playoffs will be noticeable.

In my mind, the Islanders are not a good matchup for the Penguins. That being said, a healthy Malkin and a solid 3rd line centre in Jeff Carter could put them over the top.
