Women's World Championships rescheduled
This is good news for the Women's World Championships.

The IIHF announced on Friday that they plan to run the previously cancelled Women's World Hockey Championship later this summer from August 20-31 in a venue that has yet to be determined.

Great news... sad it likely won't be Nova Scotia since we f*cked them over so badly with the short notice. I had tickets for 2020 to take my little fella with a bunch of his hockey team. Glad the women will get to play somewhere though.Originally Posted by PenguinHunter

i feel this was the intent all along, and that they verbally f'd this up when they said "Cancelled" and not "Postponed" .. either way its good they got this back on the books

WOOHOO! So relieved. I thought the women got a real shit hand (sorry for the language), because women. Because they work hard to give men their tournaments. Equality for all! <3
