Pretty much this. Thought it would help the community because good reviews or not, someone should still do more due diligence than just reading reviews when picking a service provider.
Unfortunately, with the world in a negative state and cancel culture being cool, I deleted my business name from the OP for fear of the negativity that would likely come.

I'm almost positive nobody would leave your business a bad review just because of something you said on this forum. Especially when the people you're worried about leaving a bad review are the ones arguing for the integrity of reviews! That's the whole point! (not to leave unfounded, made-up reviews). I'm not sure how you don't see this and what you were afraid of.
