He’s been adjusting, Gallant has supported him, he’s hit a post and had some chances. Give it time, he’ll produce. But anyone who was expecting more than maybe 25-30 pts this year was being quite optimistic.

Agreed. And I have seen him play twice in person now, including last week versus the Flames. He does not look out of place at all on the 3rd pairing, and he is making some smart plays and ACTIVATING through the neutral zone and into the offensive zone when others have the puck. Guys like Panarin and Zib are going to have a field day finding this guy as the trailer, the points are going to come...

Fox started with no points in his first 7 games. It's not unusual for a young defenseman to take some time to get adjusted to the league.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

What are people who have watched the Rangers play this season thoughts on Lundkvist at this point in the season? Is he still worthy of his #5 ranking on the dman prospects list?

    Number 3 and yea.

For quite awhile he was routed as the best dman outside the NHL. It just so happened that nyr had fox as the guy and could fill the number two spot cheaper if not quite as effectively. Hes criminally underrated bt the gantry community. 25-30 is fair for this year but his upside is like a klingbwrg offensively ...

Lundkvist is heating up. 4 points in the past 3 games and he played over 19 minutes in the last game mostly with Heiskanen as his partner. The time to acquire him is now before the other GMs in your league notice.

it was 3 years ago i got him in 6 teams back then and traded him away only from one team....

i think he just scratching the surface of what he can do...i knew he was smart, dependent defensively and had a wicket shot that is rare for the blue line in NHL these days...what i didnt appreciate was his wheels and skills with the puck...he can outright dance...i think he will be special....
