    Default Rate these prospects/rookies.

Wanting to see what other's thoughts are on the players I own in a dynasty league who are prospects and what you project them to be. Looking at your guys thoughts on what they should do in their prime and what their ceiling could be (even if they have a low chance of hitting said ceiling).

    M. Rossi
    A. Holtz
    K. Marchenko
    J. Berggren
    V. Heinola
    I. Sorokin

    Thanks! Will try to rep.

It's hard to know how rookies will adjust to the NHL, but on paper, all of them are high end prospects who could/should have excellent NHL careers. Berggren is the least desirable from that list but thats just due to the quality of names there. Someone will always be at the bottom of a list. The key is to be patient and not expect glory out of the gate.

    I. Sorokin (#1 goalie, NHL top 20, stats will follow how good Islanders will be in the next 10 years)
    A. Holtz (75-85 pts, similar to Tarasenko-Laine points at their best with upside for more)
    M. Rossi (65-85 pts, similar to Gaudreau points)
    K. Marchenko (45-60 pts, similar to Oshie career)
    J. Berggren (45-65 pts, similar to Nyquist career)
    V. Heinola (30-45 pts, similar to Spurgeon career)

The comparison is not about the style of players, it's more about an average career range of points projection.

I'm close to this. I think you definitely need to consider Sorokin as the 1st overall, in most pools goalies are gold and while no one never knows what the future holds, this kid sure looks like the real deal. The only change I would make to the list above is ranking Heinola above Berggren. I think Heinola will have more value as a defencemen than Berggren will as a forward.

i like this list, we don't know how Rossi will recover from what i heard was petty aggressive form of covid but if he gets back to what we all thought he can be at the draft, i can see him way above others here including Sorokin. Just electric and almost by default first line center as soon as he makes NHL. Now that could change with off-season signing but finding #1 C is not easy.

I like this ranking. Sorokin is the clear 1, Rossi and Holtz are in a tier, Heinola and Marchenko in a tier, and then Berggren alone in 6th.

This is pretty solid, I do like Berggren to be more of a Tatar than a Nyquist & Heinola has a bit more upside than Spurgeon IMO.

Holtz to Tank/Laine is solid, just hope he's more consistent than either.

Rossi is one you are going to - or should see the widest range of views on based on his size.

Stencil sees him as a Fiala level player. I think he's got a Martin St. Louis type-ceiling. Assuming everything develops according to plan - and we're already off that plan with the lingering affects of COVID that sent him home for the season. Where Rossi lands is really hard to pin down.
