My question is, do defensemen hold more value than forwards in a league like this? My scoring system is more forward-oriented (G 4, A 3.5, SOG 0.3, HIT 0.3) but I feel like it’s easier to find fwd depth.
I’m currently debating cutting a good young Dman like Boqvist or Smith, or cutting a young forward like Konecny, Hischier, or Fiala.
My locks are: Panarin, Makar, Rantanen, Sid, and Rielly
Just wondering if you guys had any advice, cheers!
If the league had BKS it would swing the pendulum more.
But as it stands, yes Forwards who pound shots on goal with hits and score a lot are definitely higher value. Streaming an extra forward on your off days often will add more value.
