Gaudreau Dropped - Worth an Add???

Total Points (PP double), Is he worth an add. Have Dustin Brown who I'm definitely going to drop Brown. Other options are Craig Smith (Boston line 1), Burakovsky, Jack Hughes (maybe an uptick after the trades).

Never would I have expected to see a Gaudreau FA post in the next like 6 years...but here we are.

I would drop Brown for him in a pts only.

Thanks RevRath. I will definitely drop Brown for Gaudreau, but really wondering if he is my best choice. Others available are Craig Smith, Eric Staal, Burakovsky, Jamie Benn, and Jack Hughes. Thoughts?

Hughes is intriguing but he's been pretty underwhelming and I'm not sold...for this season. He of course is a great young player. Even if he gets hot to finish the year I still like Gaudreau here, even just based purely on upside. Not to mention PPP are double and he has 14 already with a history of solid PP production. Hughes has 4. Burakovsky seems to just keep producing in limited ice time...but his role is exactly why I still lean Gaudreau and for the reasons above.

Calgary changed up their lines, gaudreau playing with lindholm and tkatchuk so maybe that will get him going. He has not been good at all but one can hope.
