Staal practicing on pp1 today. Even strength with Toffoli and Drouin. Worth an add over Dustin Brown or Alex Killorn in a total pts league (ppp x 2)? If so, who is the drop?

I would keep Brown and Killorn over Staal.

I am always hesitant to add a player on a new team because there is usually an adjustment period - especially for a player that is older like Staal.

How long until he builds chemistry - not very often is there instant chemistry for players new to a team.

I know it's only been 1 game, but with MTL having 21 games left this year, I think he could be worth a grab, especially if he continues with his current deployment
