I'd take that, as it likely means you can save some weekly adds to not stream goalies on light weeks for your tandem.

Pass. Kreider and jvr are close enough. Not worth a long term potential starting goalie. This advice is assuming that you can keep ulmark

Good luck. Try and sell them on the fact the Flyers are almost as much of a mess as the Sabres.

Linus Ullmark is a very good goalie. Look at the Buffalo Sabres' record with Ullmark in net (6-5-3, .920%) and their record without him, which is 1-18-2, .885%. At one time this season Linus also had the second best save percentage of any goalie in the history of shootouts at .857. If you need a goalie of the future, he's only 27. He has fast reflexes for a big man and has gotten better with each passing season. He went 1.99 GAA, and .931% in his last 9 starts to end the 19/20 season. Only thing one has to worry about is the fact he has been out nearly two months the past two seasons due to injury. That being said they are fluke injuries. First injury his skate got cut in an imperfection in the ice and his leg went the other way, while his skate was locked in.
Buffalo will get better. They have too much talent there not to become better. In a keeper league I do it just to get a stud goalie.
James Van Riemsdyk has 5 points in his last 16 games. He's not as bad as those numbers show, but he's also not that player we saw at the start. Think somewhere in the middle. He's a career 35-40 point per season player now. Don't be fooled overpaying for his ridiculous start. It won't happen again.
Smart play. Pay for a great goalie that is on a bad Sabres team (which will be great tomorrow) for a player who's points look great because of what he did in the first 20 games. I look at it as you sold high and paid low. These are the biggest wins in fantasy hockey.
