I did not watch. But my wife phoned me from her night shift to make sure I would put it on to tape.

Haha yep me as well. As a newer fan of the Crown, it was interesting to see the Royal Family back in the spotlight in North America. Or at least more on my radar then they have been in recent years.

The Royal family is the equivalent to The Entertainment District of Toronto. Big Name, Big money maker for Tourism, Does nothing to actually represent the true country, deep seeded issues throughout it, I'm sure there's scumbags being hidden for the fact it could look bad for them.



The family having issues, not standing up for Megan and not coming to the aid of her is sad when there's a Prince who was protected from allegations of child sex assault. Megan apparently bending the truth on a lot of things, but still trying to protect the family was hard to listen too.

Royal Family, and a lot of other "common" things, is just a tourism cult who ends up backing good projects and making them more money. The whole thing is an eye roll to me. The actual buildings and physical things of yester-year in England is SO cool though. I highly suggest when you can, go to England and soak in the Royal Family history. But right now, I see them as the British Kardashians.

Oprah said at the very start they weren't paid. Oprah was paid by CBS between $7-$9mill to do the interview.

This was just something being said incorrectly to bash Harry and Meghan

I think the wording of articles prolly started it.

CBS paid $7-$9mill for the rights of the interview. So maybe people thought that money went to them, where in fact, the interview was owned by Oprah.

omg lol. His mentality is essentially anyone who was brought up liking the Royal Family I feel like. They don't like them being questioned at all lol.

Speaking to my mom about this is like talking to Piers Morgan. She will DIE on the hill that the Royal Family is pure gold (but then nods her head at when I bring up Prince Andrew, and is like "Yeahhhh")
